“PERFECTLY
IMPERFECT”
Loving ourselves through owning our story is the bravest thing we will ever do.
In 2018 Byron began art as a form of therapy, a way to distract himself from pain and support his mental health. As Byron creates he is transported back to the calm and stillness that he once experienced while fishing, one of his favourite pastimes.
Byron’s artworks are filled with vibrant colours and intricate patterns that are representative of rivers and mountain landscapes. They reflect his journey of perseverance and resistance.
His pieces range from works on paper to painted furniture and hanging 3-D artworks. Byron’s work is detailed and mindful, many of his pieces having been created over more than 30 hours.

Collaborations & Commissions
Byron’s art expands so much further then traditional art forms. He loves to see his art worn, around the home, and anywhere you can imagine. Byron works alongside brands to create comissioned works and collaborative product with a unique blend of creativity and innovation, pushing the limits of what art can achieve in everyday objects.

Byron created a commissioned artwork and matching vase for Bandit Design Group to bring his vibrant personality into their work space. Using pencil and paint on plywood, the artwork brings together influences from Byron's journey including the rivers from where he grew up and the beloved jellyfish that he creates.
